Las asociaciones gremiales agropecuarias, tan pronto se suscriba el acta de fundación y se posesione la Junta Directiva provisional, deben abrir por lo menos los siguientes libros: De afiliados, de actas de la asamblea general, de actas de la Junta Directiva y de inventarios y balances. Todos estos libros deben ser previamente registrados en la oficina Jurídica del Ministerio, foliados y rubricados por el funcionario de esa dependencia que sea designado al efecto.
