Las pruebas practicadas válidamente en una actuación judicial o administrativa, dentro o fuera del país, podrán trasladarse en copia auténtica y serán apreciadas de acuerdo con las reglas previstas en este código para la naturaleza de cada medio.

Si se hubieren producido en otro idioma, deberán ser vertidas al castellano por un traductor oficial.
