º El artículo 12 del Decreto 181 de 1988, quedará así: "Artículo 12. El Ministerio Público ante las Salas Especiales de Juzgamiento de los Tribunales Superiores de Distrito Judicial será ejercido en cada una de ellas por un (1) Fiscal Especializado, nombrado por el Presidente de la República de listas que para el efecto presente el Procurador General de la Nación, y deberá reunir las mismas calidades constitucionales exigidas para los Magistrados de Tribunal Superior de Distrito Judicial y tendrán la misma categoría, remuneración y prestaciones sociales de éstos".
