"Art. 12. Para seguridad del cumplimiento de las obligaciones contraídas, Muñoz da por fiador al Sr. José Rogelio Fernández, quien se obliga mancomunadamente a responder por la suma de diez mil pesos ($ 10.000), en caso de no cumplir con las estipulaciones del presente contrato. Además, por faltas repetidas en el cumplimiento del presente contrato, el Gobierno puede declararlo caducado y proceder a celebrar otro, o a nombrar Inspectores y Guardas, según convenga al Gobierno lo uno o lo otro.
