Art. 1.° Los vales de Tesorería al portador, cuya emisión permite el artículo 12 de la Ley 53 de 1884, se expedirán en series continuas de $ 5, $ 10, $ 50 y $ 100 hasta la concurrencia de $ 500,000 y á medida que fueren siendo necesarios para garantizar el empréstito de $ 1.000,000, cuya suscripción pública ha sido abierta por el Ministerio del Tesoro.
