RETIRO DEL SERVICIO EN CASO DE CONDENA. Un empleado será retirado del servicio cuando hubiese sido condenado judicialmente por delito cometido antes de su ingreso a la institución o durante su permanencia en ella. Los empleados del Departamento Administrativo de Seguridad condenados por delitos culposos sólo podrán continuar en sus cargos si el Jefe del Departamento lo considera conveniente.
