º . Los Certificados de Reembolso Tributario que se expidan a partir de la vigencia del presente decreto tendrán un término de caducidad de un (1) año y solamente dentro de este término los Certificados de Reembolso Tributario podrán negociarse libremente o utilizarse para el pago de impuestos.
