°. Remuneración . El servidor público designado como agente interventor seguirá percibiendo el salario que devengue en la Superintendencia de Puertos y Transporte o en la entidad del sector de la cual provenga. Si la intervención se realiza en un organismo de tránsito ubicado en un domicilio distinto al del servidor público designado como agente interventor, la designación se hará en condición de comisión de servicios.
