Art. 63. La lista de Conjueces que debe formarse en los Tribunales, de conformidad con lo dispuesto por la ley; se aumentará, para los efectos de este decreto, con los nombres de diez ciudadanos en quienes concurran las cualidades que deben tener los Conjueces. Dicho aumento se verificará cada vez que se forme nueva lista de Conjueces.
