Adiciónase el artículo 332-1 al Decreto 2685 de 1999, el cual quedará así: Artículo 332-1. Procedencia de los beneficios a la exportación. Los beneficios contemplados para las exportaciones, a favor de los productores de las materias primas, insumos, bienes intermedios, material de empaque o envases, así como los productores de los bienes finales, solo procederá una vez se haya efectuado la exportación del bien final.
