Una vez la Asamblea Departamental de Casanare expida la Ordenanza de incorporación a la estructura administrativa de la institución, autorícese al Ministerio de Educación Nacional para que se incluya en la lista de instituciones de educación superior oficialmente reconocidas a la Universidad Internacional del Trópico Americano (Unitrópico), en un plazo máximo de seis (6) meses.
