La existencia de las federaciones de asociaciones municipales será indefinida, pero podrán disolverse por voluntad de la mayoría del Congreso de delegados, o por ocurrencia de una cualquiera de las causales previstas en el Código Civil para la extinción de las asociaciones o por reducción de ellas por debajo de los límites previstos en el artículo 5°.
