Recibida una solicitud sobre suspensión temporal o cancelación definitiva de matrícula, el Consejo de! Ingeniería Química de Colombia dictará un auto en el que se cite al Ingeniero Químico acusado para que, dentro de los treinta (30) días siguientes a su notificación, presente las pruebas y alegaciones pertinentes. Vencido el término el Consejo Profesional de Ingeniería Química de Colombia decidirá dentro de los treinta (30) días siguientes.
