Decreto 602 de 2013 · por el cual se reglamenta el Sistema Único Nacional de Información y Rastreo (SUNIR), establecido por el Parágrafo 4° del artículo 227 de la Ley 1450 de 2011 y se dictan otras disposiciones.

del artículo 268 del Decreto 2685 de 1999, adicionado por el artículo 1° del Decreto 2490 de 2005, el cual quedará así:

Parágrafo

Cuando los vistos buenos, autorizaciones o certificaciones de que tratan los literales b) y d) del presente artículo, correspondan a los expedidos por el Instituto Agropecuario Colombiano (ICA), el Instituto Nacional de Vigilancia de Medicamentos y Alimentos (Invima), la Unidad Administrativa Especial Dirección de Impuestos y Aduanas Nacionales (DIAN), o la entidad que haga sus veces, el declarante estará obligado a presentarlos al momento del embarque de las mercancías y a conservarlos durante el término previsto en este artículo.
