La supresión de un empleo de libre nombramiento y remoción coloca fuera del servicio a quien lo desempeñe. En todo caso, la providencia por la cual se suprimen empleos servidos por personal técnico y profesional del nivel Seccional y de las Unidades Regionales deberá motivarse y requerirá de la aprobación previa del Ministerio de Salud Pública, de conformidad con las normas que establece este Decreto. capitulo iii Del retiro por pensión.
