Los vehículos volqueta, camperos y de carga de dos (2) ejes con capacidad hasta de cuatro (4) toneladas, que en virtud de lo establecido en este Decreto, cambien de servicio de particular a público se someterán al cumplimiento de las normas que regulan la prestación del servicio público para cada modalidad de transporte.
