En virtud de lo dispuesto en el inciso segundo del artículo 182 de la Ley 223 de 1995, las contribuciones parafiscales de que trata la citada ley, serán consignadas a favor del respectivo fondo de fomento en una cuenta especial que abra para este efecto la entidad administradora de las mismas. La entidad administradora será el organismo gremial señalado en las disposiciones legales que crean y regulan las contribuciones parafiscales.
