ARTICULO 3.2.4.0.5 .- AUTORIZACION. La Superintendencia se reserva el derecho de conceder o negar la Inscripción de las sociedades corredoras, de las agencias o de los agentes colocadores, aun cuando hayan llenado todos los requisitos exigidos en el presente estatuto, cuando a su juicio existieren motivos que justifiquen esta medida.
