° El Contralor General de la República, en uso de las facultades que le otorgan las Leyes 42 y 91 del año próximo pasado, hará, a medida que así lo exija el funcionamiento de todas las dependencias del Departamento de Contraloría, la designación del personal que debe desempeñar los empleos de que trata el presente Decreto.
