º . El artículo 93 del Decreto 564 de 2006 quedará así: "Artículo 93. Faltas absolutas. Se consideran faltas absolutas de los curadores urbanos, las siguientes: "1. La renuncia aceptada en debida forma por el alcalde municipal o distrital. "2. La destitución del cargo. "3. La incapacidad médica por más de 180 días. "4. La muerte del curador urbano. "5. La inhabilidad sobreviniente. "6. La declaratoria de abandono injustificado del cargo por más de tres días hábiles consecutivos, sin perjuicio de las sanciones que procedan. "7. El cumplimiento de la edad para el retiro forzoso. "8. La terminación del período individual para el cual fue designado. "9. La orden o decisión judicial".
