Los distritos, diferentes al Distrito Capital, tienen derecho a solicitar que los dineros recaudados en el territorio distrital por los departamentos, en razón de impuestos, tasas y contribuciones sean invertidos preferencialmente en ellos. Acatando en todo caso la legislación vigente en materia tributaria para los entes territoriales.
