3En la cabecera de cada uno de los Circuitos de Garagoa Ramiriqui, habrá un (1) Juez en lo Civil y un (1) Juez en lo Penal; y en la cabecera de cada uno de los Circuitos de Santa Rosa de Viterbo y El Cocuy, habrá dos (2) Jueces en lo Civil y un (1) Juez en lo Penal.
