INCUMPLIMIENTO DEL PROCESO DE EXAMENES Y PRUEBAS. Cuando el proceso de exámenes y pruebas, ordenados para efectos de Junta y Tribunal Médico, se viere interrumpido por más de treinta (30) días sin causa justificada, por parte del interesado, se entenderá que renuncia a los derechos que pretendía defender y se procederá a archivar el expediente, previa constancia en el mismo sobre tal incumplimiento.
