° El Consejo Directivo establecerá las condiciones y obligaciones a que deben someterse los beneficiarios de los planes y programas de seguridad, protección y asistencia. Las condiciones de seguridad, protección y asistencia podrán suspenderse o terminarse, según la evaluación discrecional que de las circunstancias de riesgo establezca el Consejo. Así mismo, las garantías y medidas de seguridad podrán suspenderse o terminarse para aquellos beneficiarios que violen las condiciones y obligaciones establecidas por el Consejo.
