El acta de la inspección forma plena prueba acerca de los hechos que en ella se refieran presenciados por el Juez, y acerca de las circunstancias observadas en el curso de la inspección, y sobre las cuales pueda formar juicio por sí mismo el Juez sin el concurso de peritos. En cuanto el dictamen pericial, se estará a las reglas sobre la materia.
