Financiamiento de adquisición de tierras y vivienda rural por las Corporaciones de Ahorro y Vivienda. Autorízase a las Corporaciones de Ahorro y Vivienda para crear sistemas especiales de crédito para la adquisición de tierras y vivienda rural, con plazos hasta de treinta (30) años, los cuales podrán ser otorgados bajo las reglas del Sistema de Poder Adquisitivo Constante, UPAC.

Las Corporaciones de Ahorro y Vivienda tendrán acceso a las líneas de redescuento que para estos efectos se establezcan en el Fondo para el Financiamiento del Sector Agropecuario.
