º. Las corporaciones privadas de ahorro requerirán para su constitución un capital suscrito y pagado no inferior a treinta millones de pesos ($30.000.000).

Parágrafo

El capital mínimo pagado para la constitución de nuevas corporaciones deberá ser reajustado por el Gobierno de acuerdo con las fluctuaciones del poder adquisitivo de la moneda, de conformidad con lo dispuesto por el inciso 2º, del artículo 3º del Decreto número 677 de 1972.
