A la demanda, su notificación, traslado, contestación, oportunidad para pedir pruebas, fijación y consignación de honorarios y gastos, recursos y, en general, al trámite del proceso del arbitraje ad hoc, le serán aplicables las reglas previstas en esta ley para el arbitraje institucional.
