Comisión De Personal Central

Decreto 1014 de 2000 · por el cual se dictan las normas del régimen específico de carrera administrativa de la Registraduría Nacional del Estado Civil y se expiden otras disposiciones en materia de administración de personal.

º. Comisión de Personal Central . La Comisión de Personal Central estará integrada por

El Gerente del Talento Humano, o su Delegado, quien la presidirá.

El Jefe de la Oficina Jurídica, o quien haga sus veces, o quien designe para este efecto el Registrador Nacional del Estado Civil.

Un funcionario representante de los empleados del régimen específico de carrera y perteneciente a ella, elegido por los funcionarios de las dependencias centrales, por medio de la votación universal y directa. Actuará como secretario de la Comisión de Personal Central un delegado del Gerente del Talento Humano.
