Decreto 3950 de 2009 · por el cual se modifica el Decreto 967 del 31 de mayo de 2000, adicionado por los Decretos 2676 y 4222 de 2005 y 195 de 2009 y modificado por los Decretos 1623 de 2002 y 3363 de 2007, este último modificado por el Decreto 4678 de 2007 y se adiciona el Decreto 2841 del 31 de agosto de 2006.
