Acogida voluntaria régimen especial de cesantías. Los trabajadores vinculados mediante contratos de trabajo celebrados con anterioridad al 1° de enero de 1991 que, de conformidad con lo estipulado en el parágrafo del artículo 98 de la Ley 50 de 1990, se acojan voluntariamente al régimen especial del auxilio de cesantía previsto en los artículos 99 y siguientes de la misma ley, comunicarán por escrito al respectivo empleador la fecha a partir de la cual se acogen a dicho régimen.
