Las funciones que desempeña la Subdirección de Vigilancia Sanitaria de Medicamentos y Alimentos del Instituto Nacional de Salud, serán trasladadas al Instituto Nacional de Vigilancia de Medicamentos Alimentos, Invima, de acuerdo con lo que dispongan las normas que desarrollen los artículos 245 y 248 de la Ley 100 de 1993.
