Ley 26 de 1905 · por el cual se reforman algunas disposiciones del Código Militar

Art. 2º. Los delitos de que trata el artículo 1º serán juzgados por Consejos de Guerra ordinarios ó de Oficiales Generales, en el lugar que determine el Ministerio de Guerra y de acuerdo con las formalidades preescritas por el Código Militar.

Parágrafo

En consecuencia, cesará todo procedimiento en los juicios que se sigan ante los Jueces y Tribunales ordinarios por tales delitos, y los expedientes respectivos pasarán a la oficina que designe dicho Ministerio, para que se les de el curso que les corresponda.
