Art. 134. Corresponde al Gran Consejo Electoral hacer el escrutinio general de los votos emitidos por los Electores en las Asambleas electorales para Presidente y Vicepresidente de la República, tomando por base las actas válidas de los escrutinios parciales, verificados por dichas Asambleas.
