La Universidad del Cauca erigirá un busto del Profesor Benjamín Iragorri Díez que se exhibirá permanente en las instalaciones de la Biblioteca de la Facultad de Derecho, la cual llevará su nombre, con la siguiente inscripción:

"El Congreso de Colombia y la Universidad del Cauca honran la memoria del Maestro Benjamín Iragorri Díez".
