Diversidad etnolingüística. Las víctimas tienen derecho a utilizar su propia lengua en todos los procedimientos para su atención, asistencia, reparación y restitución, establecidos en el presente decreto. Así mismo, serán informadas sobre los mecanismos y procedimientos para hacer efectivos sus derechos a la verdad, la justicia y la reparación. En estos casos el Estado proporcionará intérpretes reconocidos por el respectivo pueblo o comunidad, para efectos de garantizar la aplicación del artículo 10 de la Constitución Política.
