Decreto 47 de 1997 · por el cual se dictan unas disposiciones en materia salarial y prestacional de la Rama Judicial, del Ministerio Público, de la Justicia Penal Militar y se dictan otras disposiciones.

º. Los funcionarios a que se refiere el artículo 14 de la Ley 4º de 1992, con excepción de los señalados en el

Parágrafo

de dicho artículo, tendrán derecho a percibir a partir del 1º de enero de 1997, una prima especial, sin carácter salarial, equivalente al treinta por ciento (30%) del salario básico. La prima a que se refiere el presente artículo, es incompatible con la prima a que hace referencia el artículo 7º del presente Decreto.
