ARTICULO 16 . Si el vehículo de transporte utilizado dispone de un sistema de cierre eficaz que sea apto para la imposición de sellos aduaneros y acondicionados de tal manera que el acceso a su contenido o cualquier operación no autorizada se descubra fácilmente, bastará comprobar la integridad de los sellos puestos por la Aduana de remisión para autorizar el descargue de las mercancías y podrá exigir que éstas se transporten obedeciendo a un itinerario determinado.
