° Si transcurrido el año de plazo fijado por el artículo 2.° no se hubiere verificado la reexportación de las muestras comerciales, ni se hubieren pagado los derechos de importación, el Administrador de la Aduana de entrada hará efectivo el pago de los derechos de importación en los términos de la fianza otorgada.
