ENTIDADES LIQUIDADAS. Cuando una entidad del sector público haya sido liquidada, las obligaciones que le hubieran correspondido en cuanto a emitir bonos pensionales o responder por cuotas partes, serán asumidas por la entidad que asumió sus demás obligaciones laborales.
