ARTICULO 142 . IDONEIDAD. Para obtener el ascenso dentro de las categorías de Oficial y Suboficial, se requiere el cumplimiento del tiempo mínimo de servicio, la realización y aprobación del curso correspondiente, estar evaluado, calificado y clasificado en la categoría exigida por el reglamento y cumplir los demás requisitos previstos en este Estatuto.
