Después de tres años, a partir de la vigencia de la presente Ley, no podrán desempeñar el oficio o profesión de farmaceutas sino las personas que por sus estudios haya obtenido el título de idoneidad expedido por una Facultad oficial de Medicina, o las que presenten certificados jurados expedidos por tres médicos, en que se haga constar la competencia del farmacéutico.
