Promoción de cultivos que generen alcoholes carburantes. El Ministerio de Agricultura y Desarrollo Rural promoverá el cultivo de plantaciones que generen la producción de alcoholes carburantes y biocombustibles para uso en motores diésel, con el fin de cumplir lo señalado en el presente decreto.
