°. Certificación . Para efectos de lo dispuesto en el presente decreto, los hogares deberán presentar ante la entidad otorgante, la respectiva certificación emitida por parte del Instituto Colombiano de Bienestar Familiar en la que se demuestre su vinculación a los programas de hogares comunitarios de bienestar, Famis y madres sustitutas.
