º. Cuando el proceso deba continuar por los delitos que no dan lugar a los beneficios previstos en este Decreto, seguirá tramitándose ante la jurisdicción del conocimiento. La Corte Suprema de Justicia, Sala de Casación Penal, conocerá, de los recursos de casación y revisión en los procesos fallados en segunda instancia por el Tribunal Superior Militar.
