Las certificaciones sobre el ejercicio del cargo del Gerente General, así como de los miembros de la Junta Directiva, serán expedidas por el Secretario General del Ministerio de Defensa Nacional. Las referentes a los demás funcionarios de la Caja Promotora de Vivienda Militar, las expedirá el Gerente General o el funcionario a quien el gerente asigne.
