Inspección Vigilancia y Control. Las entidades destinatarias de las disposiciones contenidas en el presente decreto serán responsables por la implementación del PRASS y del suministro oportuno, confiable, suficiente y con la calidad mínima aceptable de la información. Su incumplimiento dará lugar a que el Ministerio de Salud y Protección Social ponga en conocimiento dichas circunstancia, tanto de la Superintendencia Nacional de Salud como de la Superintendencia de Industria y Comercio para que estas adelanten las labores de inspección, vigilancia y control e impongan las sanciones cuando a ello hubiere lugar.
