Article 23

La Estructura Interna De Los Fondos Rotatorios Será Determinada Por Las Juntas Directivas De Los Mismos Y Se Ajustará A Las Siguientes Normas: A) Las Unidades De Nivel Directivo Se Denominarán Subgerencias; B) Las Unidades Que Cumplen Funciones De Asesoría O De Coordinación Se Denominarán Oficinas O Comités Y Consejos Cuando Incluyan Personal Ajeno A Los Fondos Rotatorios

La estructura interna de los Fondos Rotatorios será determinada por las Juntas Directivas de los mismos y se ajustará a las siguientes normas

Las unidades de nivel directivo se denominarán Subgerencias;

Las unidades que cumplen funciones de asesoría o de coordinación se denominarán Oficinas o Comités y Consejos cuando incluyan personal ajeno a los Fondos Rotatorios.

Las unidades operativas, incluidas las que atienden los servicios administrativos internos, se denominarán Divisiones, Secciones y Grupos; y

Las unidades que se creen para el estudio o decisión de asuntos especiales, se denominarán Comisiones o Juntas.
