Decreto 717 de 1995 · por el cual se aprueba la Resolución número 36 del 1º de noviembre de 1994 expedida por la Junta Directiva del Instituto Colombiano de la Reforma Agraria, Incora, mediante la cual se amplía el plazo concedido a la Empresa Comunitaria denominada, El Resguardo, para cancelar el valor de la Parcela número 15, la cual hizo parte del predio del mismo nombre, ubicado en jurisdicción del Municipio de Charalá, Departamento de Santander.
