Establécese la fiesta de la agricultura que se celebrará anualmente en la ciudad que determine el Gobierno Nacional, de acuerdo con la Sociedad de Agricultores de Colombia.

Parágrafo

Durante los dos primeros años la celebración de dicha fiesta se llevará a cabo en la ciudad de Palmira.
